On what is now the cruise destination island of Santorini, there was once the kingdom of Thera.
The King of Thera brought a sacrifice of over 100 oxen to consult with the Oracle at Delphi.
The Oracle told him to found a city in Libya.
He said he was too heavy and old for this, what about one of the younger guys?
Seven years of drought goes by, and he finally goes back to the Oracle.
They send messengers to wander around until they find out where Libya is.
The colony is finally established, by sending half their men over there, under one of the younger guys.
