Information Does Pay In The Jungle

For much of my life, I’ve felt like I had a lot of useless knowledge.

A lot of it began paying for itself only once I’d gotten some semblance of autonomy.

In tropical rainforests, it appears that cultural information does pay.

For nabbing game, but not necessarily for nutrition.

Hunters in those societies have to share with the tribe, after all.

Nonetheless, they seem to have better health- which implies that status can lead to better health outcomes.
